Weigh In Wednesday

Well hello there Wednesday - half way through the work week - hooray!

I was actually kind of excited to step on the scale this morning. I did a pure protein day yesterday and was feeling kind of skinny last night.

Drum roll please...




BOOM! Take that fat suite. That's 3 lbs down from last week and 8.2 lbs total!

I'm back to salads, veggies and fruits today and couldn't be more excited. Doing just protein (read meat and eggs) is rough.
