Well its that day of the week to report on my weight. So here you are.... 160.0
No freaking way, right? Thank God. I've been low-carbing it for over a week now, down a good 5 lbs and feeling better about myself. This, this is where I get into yo-yo trouble. I slide a little and the weight starts coming back and then I go all no-carb strict again.
So, this time I plan on breaking the cycle. I am sticking to the low-carb plan. Remember, I'm on a mission to get a full 10 lbs off so I've got 5 more to go.
After I get these next 5 lbs off I plan on adding in fruit and upping the carbs. BUT still no sugar or bread. Just some healthy/natural carbs.
In other news, I'm baby free this week. Mr. Mister went out of town with the Hubs.

I do miss the little guy, but a FaceTime date this morning helped.
How does he do with FaceTime-ing you? Mac has an absolute meltdown when he sees me on FT or hears my voice over the phone. Hysterics and lots of "mamamamamamamamamamamaaaaaaaaaaa." Which of course makes me bawl. Surely he'll get better?
ReplyDeleteI swear that kid could care less about me. It's all, "oh hey mom, what up, later, I gotta go play." Or he just uses it an excuse to get the phone and try to open apps while hanging up on me :/
